Last week, I had the pleasure of joining the ‘Better Value Sooner Safer Happier (BVSSH)’ Americas and APAC meetup, hosted by Marcus Braszell. The purpose of the BVSSH Community is to provide inspiration for those wanting to achieve Better Value Sooner Safer Happier outcomes in their organizations and Flow Engineering is great way to help do just that.
The group is aimed at leaders at any level, in all roles, and is free to join - the only requirement is for participants to bring a growth mindset, to actively engage and participate, to share stories, collaborate, listen and learn. If you’d like to know more about the community, you can check out their website here.
I hope you enjoy the conversation!
Key Takeaways:
How to begin with the end in mind, using real-world examples to anchor your vision.
